Welcome to:
building The New Family.
We are building a New Family togheter, and an important
building block is staying connected spiritually.
We are not just a Web-based
organization, we are a fellowship
of belivers, and that includes you, your parents and your friends,
your co-workers, all the members you know, those you stay connected with
and fellowship with. Our faith is a shared faith, and
meeting togheter, fellowship, and sharing things of the Spirit
strengthens us in our faith.
Keeping that spiritual connection strong is important to us as
a Christian organization and as individuals.
Spiritual fellowship takes initiative and time and effort,
and anyone who wants to can take the initiative, put in the time,
and make the effort. You don't have to wait for someone else to make it happen.
You don't have to wait for "leadership" to make it happen.
You can make it happen. Today.
Next week. Next month. You know what you want and need. You
can bring people togheter. Please take the initiative
to stay connected, to be part of the fire,
to stir and spark both your own faith and that
of others.
"Fellowship is important. All types of fellowship.
Fellowship that is recreational. Fellowship
that involves uniting around the things of the Spirit.
Fellowship that helps us to get to know each other
better, and strengthens bonds of unity and trust.
Fellowship that is Mission-centered, that focuses us, as a Team,
on our core purpose. Fellowship is part of
what unites us as Family members
in a Community of faith. When we are togheter
with other members, the bond we have,
that connection in the spirit, is stregthened.
And when we are stregthened in spirit,
we're better able to give to others, to engage in the Mission,
and to glorify the Lord in other areas of our lives."
